This is the story of a girl who re-branded her whole online world!
I am sure you have noticed that with the arrival of the new year there have been some changes on my site and my social media platforms.
Seven and half years ago I started this site, Sage Beauty Blog, to share all my beauty industry knowledge and my deep passion for helping women feel beautiful and powerful in their personal aesthetic.
Over the years my content has included beauty product reviews, fashion, travel, lifestyle commentary, and book reviews.
I had been wanting to re-brand for a while but it didn’t really seem to come together until the end of 2020.
As I was in the process of planning and researching for new content, it became clear to me that I can’t write about Beauty, Fashion, Sex, or even Food without talking about how the politics of it is also a major factor.
I will always speak to Beauty, Style, AND Black Lives Matter, Sex Positivity, Reproductive Justice, and the intersectionality. . MY LIFE is intersectional – my ethnicity, my gender, my beauty, your beauty, your story. It all matters to me.
I create makeup looks, I create intersectional feminist essays, I create conversation, I create a space where women can come together. Thank you for being on this journey with me. And don’t worry, you will always be a Sage Beauty!!
