The month of July went by so fast. I can’t believe that it’s time for a monthly recap of products I have finished using. I have had great results with both of the products in this post and I highly recommend them.
1. Shiseido Brightening Serum for Neck and Décolletage, $76
This serum is part of the White Lucent category of the brand and addresses visible sun damage and lack of radiance. I consider this product one the best kept anti-aging secrets in my arsenal of skincare products. A woman’s age shows three places: eyes, hands, and neck. The skin on the neck and chest is thin and easily damaged so it needs specialized treatment to maintain elasticity and tone. Using a complex of Vitamin C, plant extracts, and pearl pigments this fabulous serum reduces and prevents sun spots. It also evens out the skin tone on the neck and chest. It is used morning and evening. It does have some moisturizing benefits but I still put my moisturizer on top. If you have very dry skin then please don’t skip the moisturizer. I always apply two pumps in an upward sweeping motion from my chest to my chin. I also put it on the back of my neck because I wear my hair up most of the time. It smells fresh, has a light gel texture, and absorbs quickly into the skin. I notice my skin looks brighter immediately upon application. The bottle is 2.5oz and lasted me three and a half months.
2. Soap and Glory Firminator Bikini Body Formula (progress report)
I started using this product the first week of June. I have had a full two months of daily use in order to give the most accurate results possible. You can check out my original post on the product right here.

After one month of use I started seeing a difference and I noticed my legs appeared smoother. After two months of using this product I have noticed that the areas on my legs that were a major concern for me are significantly smoother and more firm. I love the tingling sensation the product produces because it is cooling and energizing at the same time. The product kept my skin very hydrated but never felt greasy. I can honestly say the Firminator lived up to all its promises. If you incorporate this topical treatment with a healthy diet and lifestyle, I think you will see visible improvement in the battle against cellulite.
